Birthday Celebrations with Britt
Tuesday night Britt and I celebrated our birthdays;
yes my birthday is not for a few more weeks and hers was back in March. However, since I could not attend her party and she can't attend mine, we decided to celebrate this week since I'm in Denver.
Our night started out at Mynt where we had Mojto's. Then we went on to Dinner at P.F. Chang's, then back to Mynt to meet up with Robyn.
Then we headed over to Tryst...where I had the best thing ever...Van Gogh's Double Espresso infused vodka. This amazing drink is soooo smooth it was like I was just drinking an iced coffee. To quote my sister "its two things that go great together...like a reese's".
So, we danced, we drank, we had a blast. It really made me realize how much I miss my Britain.
Now, you are thinking where are the pictures of this great night....well my dumbass left my camera at the parents house. So, please enjoy the
crap camera phone pics, but at least I have some documentation of this awesome night.

Random Star Sighting
So last night I was on my way to see Disney's The Little Mermaid on Broadway, but need cash. So I stopped at an ATM, just a street one that are outside of little mom & pop shops.
So, I get in line for the ATM, and this girl in front of me looks kinda familiar, so I'm trying to place where I seen here before.
Then it hits me...its Marissa Jarrett Winoker...the tony award winning Broadway actress who originated the role of Tracy Turnblad in Broadway's Hairspray.
Now, those who know me should be pretty aware of the "hairspray" phase I went through around this same time last summer, I listened to that soundtrack everything frackn day.
So, I said hi to Ms. Winoker and told her I'm a huge fan, she was really nice.
I'm still in awe over the whole thing.
Just another reason I love this city.

Tickets went on sale today for the New Kids on the Block concert for Madison Square Garden....and I will be sitting front and center for the show. I'm totally excited and 10/27/08 cannot come soon enough.

Ummm, I get a Vegas Do-over
So, I was all excited last week because I was getting to go to Las Vegas for the first time this past weekend.
So, I was all packed and ready, I leave work early, get in a Taxi to take me to JFK airport (which is an hour outside of Manhattan).
I get to the ticket counter, and they ask for my ID...I open my wallet and just about had a heart attack right there cause my ID was no where to be found. After I tear apart both my wallet and my purse, it hits me, I left my ID at LGA (the other New York airport) when I took Abby there.
So, after talking with TSA, they let me through security with my old college ID.
So, here I am, all ready for Vegas, but have no legal form saying that I'm over 21, so I spent my whole trip sitting by the pool drinking Diet Coke, while my friends to the Casino, the clubs, etc.
Beili and I decided that I am going to get a Vegas Do-over, just need to get my ID back.
So, I'm thinking, no problem, I still have my passport, I just didn't bring with me.
Well, I got home super late on Sunday, went and got the mail, and was shocked to me that someone at the airport found my ID and mailed it back to me.
So, Vegas here I come for my more official visit.
However, here is a picture of me on the strip (one of the few things you don't need an ID for)

So for those of you who haven't figured it out yet, I'm totally engrossed with the Twilight Saga.
The movie based off the first book in the series (Twilight) comes out on 12/12/08.
